Invoice data is stored locally in your browser's storage; we do not maintain copies of your invoices on our servers.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

Create fraudulent, misleading, or fake invoices for illegal purposes
Use the Service to facilitate tax fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly available

Your invoice content: You retain all rights to the invoice content you create using the Service (business names, line items, logos you upload, etc.). We claim no ownership over your invoice content.

License to use: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for creating invoices for your own business or personal use.

5. Free Service & No Warranty

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy of calculations (you are responsible for verifying all amounts, tax rates, and totals)
Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation
Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems

Loss of invoice data due to browser data clearing, device failure, or user error

Damages from unauthorized access to your device or browser
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in calculations

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you shall not exceed zero (0) US dollars.

7. Data Storage Responsibility

All invoice data is stored locally in your browser. You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not back up your invoice data
Clearing browser data, switching browsers, or losing your device will result in permanent data loss
You are responsible for exporting/saving important invoices as PDFs to a safe location

8. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any transactions you enter into with advertisers.

Clicking on third-party advertisements may take you to external sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
